Dr. Paetow completed his Emergency Medicine Residency and a Fellowship in Medical Education and Simulation, both at Hennepin County Medical Center. After obtaining his Masters in Academic Medicine through the University of Southern California, he joined Hennepin County Medical Center as a faculty member in the Department of Emergency Medicine and is one of the Associate Program Directors for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program. He is also the Medical Director for the Interdisciplinary Simulation and Education Center. His academic interests include graduate medical education, wellness, simulation, quality improvement, and cultural responsive healthcare.
