Academic Informatics

The Academic Informatics Interest Group is comprised of members interested in emergency medicine informatics and work related to emergency department information technology. The group objectives are:
  • Develop reputation as seminal informatics experts in emergency medicine, and offer this expertise to the community at large.
  • Generate content and disseminate (position papers, white papers, website materials, etc.).
  • Foster greater connection within the group (via mentorship program), and externally with the research community in the field of informatics.
