Joel Moll is Associate Professor, Vice Chair of Education, EM Residency Program Director, and Medical Education Fellowship Director at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also has served on multiple SAEM committees, and is past president of the Academy for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Medicine (ADIEM). Dr Moll also served as medical director in both academic and community settings for a decade before focusing on education. His academic interests include graduate medical education, curriculum development, healthcare diversity and disparities, LGBTQIA+ health and equity.
