Over 20 years of experience in academic health practice administration, including both school of medicine/department and faculty practice plan operations. In 1999 I moved from Internal Medicine to start the new Department of Emergency Medicine at the IU School of Medicine, and the associated 501(c)3, faculty practice plan. I am a founding member of AAAEM and served on the initial executive committe.
