Dr. Frosso Adamakos is the Vice Chair of Education and Medical Education Fellowship Director at the Metropolitan-Harlem Emergency Medicine Residency and NYMC School of Medicine, and on the Board of Directors of the ALLNYCEM Committee. She lectures frequently nationally on a variety of lecture topics, specializing in Code Management and Diversity and Equity in Medicine and won the 2021 ACEP Junior Faculty Teaching Award and NYACEP Unsung Hero award. Dr. Adamakos is a proud wife and mother of infant twins and a toddler who keep her busy outside work.
